Project Overview: Strategic Expansion of Foot Locker Europe’s Apparel and Footwear Offering (Q3 2021)
During the third quarter of 2021, I was entrusted with leading one of Foot Locker Europe’s most significant strategic initiatives as part of the company’s upcoming five-year growth plan. The project focused on expanding and elevating the apparel offering while optimising the presentation of brand partners within the footwear walls. A key objective was to ensure that the enhancements did not necessitate the creation of a new store concept or require hard-install elements, thereby maintaining operational flexibility and adaptability for future iterations.

Enhanced Fixture Rollout
EMEA & APAC
Following the successful development and testing of the new fixture concepts, they were integrated into a comprehensive store refit program across Foot Locker’s EMEA and APAC regions. This rollout encompassed both the Willowbrook and Arsenal store concepts, ensuring a consistent and elevated in-store experience across all key markets.
Franchise Partner Expansion
The fixture concept was further extended to Foot Locker’s franchise partners, including the Alshaya Group in the UAE and the Fox Group in Israel. This collaboration ensured that the elevated brand presentation and operational efficiencies achieved in company-owned stores were replicated across franchise locations, maintaining a cohesive brand identity and customer experience globally.
