Over the past 20 years, I’ve had the opportunity to work across a broad mix of industries from high fashion and casualwear to sportswear, collectables and everything in between. My role has taken me across the UK, Europe, the UAE, Asia and other international markets, developing and delivering visual merchandising concepts, store schemes and creative directives for a wide range of retail environments.

Alongside the creative side of my work, I’ve also managed a variety of internal projects and marketing initiatives, often bringing together different teams, ideas and ways of working to deliver something that makes a real difference. It’s been great to see those projects translate into strong sales, improved brand presence and, importantly, a better experience for the customer.

I’ve always been someone who looks at the bigger picture and plans for all outcomes. I enjoy combining creativity with commercial thinking, keeping an eye on market trends, understanding what influences customers, using foresight and styling, and learning from both the successes and the things that didn’t quite go to plan. For me, it’s about taking all of that insight and turning it into something that supports the wider business strategy and delivers results.
